Tap A Taste Of The Soul


The background story of Swing Cab Lager is based on the story of legendary blues musicians in Saint Louis in the 1940s. Urban Blues is the parent company and Swing Cab is one of its beer brands.

OBJECTIVE

Create a packaging system for a beer brand, including labels for different bottles and a 6–pack carrier.

TARGET AUDIENCE

People in their thirties and forties who love a high quality domestic beer.

APPROACH

I did research about the history of blues and picked one of the stories. Based on my research, I dramatized characters for the story. Drawing illustrations, which give 1940s mood, was the biggest challenge of this project.
